Organizations increasingly seek to integrate advanced digital technologies into continuous improvement initiatives to remain competitive in dynamic markets. Although Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Digital Twin (DT) technologies have each demonstrated value in operational excellence, their combined application remains limited and conceptually fragmented. This paper introduces HarmonyOps, a novel framework that unifies LSS principles with DT capabilities, augmented by Artificial Intelligence (AI), MLOps, and financial governance. HarmonyOps operates across two complementary dimensions: a strategic layer that redefines process design through waste‑free value creation, robustness, and structured transformation roadmaps; and an operational layer built on a hierarchical DT architecture comprising Master Digital Twins, Agentic Digital Twins and Digital Shadows, and a real‑time MAIC Digital Twin executing the Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control cycle. Together, these elements enable continuous, data‑driven improvement beyond project‑based paradigms. A conceptual application in a smart logistics hub illustrates the framework’s potential. Rather than a finalized solution, HarmonyOps establishes a research horizon that invites further experimentation, validation, and cross‑disciplinary development toward a digitally empowered Lean Six Sigma paradigm.
